Requirement-led supplier matching

Massage Recliner Chair Factory Quote Coordination

Our role begins with the buyer’s product brief. We turn requested mechanism, dimensions, recline functions, heat and controller needs, upholstery, quantity and destination into a comparable request for supplier response. We do not present a supplier as approved, a chair as available, or a feature as suitable for a particular person.

A candidate factory must reply for its exact proposed model. Each offer should identify deviations, options, exclusions, package contents, sample scope and delivery assumptions so the buyer can make the final decision.

From buyer need to comparable response

  1. Define

Describe the business channel and intended setting. State whether the request concerns a furniture assortment, distribution program, facility purchase or another commercial project. This context guides questions; it does not establish medical or ergonomic suitability.

  2. Specify

List requested massage track or mechanism, chair envelope, user-fit questions, recline and zero-gravity functions, heat zone, controller language, power arrangement, upholstery, accessories and maintenance information. Mark uncertain attributes for supplier clarification.

  3. Quantify

Break the order into pieces by configuration, upholstery, color and electrical version. Add sample quantity, US destination, requested timing and whether the budget is per chair or for the complete order.

  4. Document

Request exact-model drawings or dimensions, label or rating information, warnings, manuals, carton details, assembly instructions and any market-specific files the buyer requires. The supplier must state what applies and what remains unavailable.

Evidence and unresolved-item workflow

  1. Record inputs

We preserve the buyer’s requirement and distinguish fixed requirements from preferences. A high-end, mid-range, budget or undecided preference describes purchasing tradeoffs, not a supplier rating issued by this service.

  2. Check references

Public product-family materials may suggest useful attributes such as dimensions, mechanisms, controllers and shipping scope. They are used only to frame questions and never converted into our inventory, authorization, certification or product claim.

  3. Request confirmation

Each candidate is asked to identify the offered model and answer the same specification, quantity, document and commercial questions. Alternative configurations are separated from the requested baseline rather than silently treated as equivalent.

  4. Approve

The buyer reviews technical replies, samples, documents, pricing basis and delivery terms. Qualified regulatory, electrical, safety, legal or clinical reviewers remain responsible where their judgment is required. We coordinate the information but do not substitute for those decisions.

Quote comparison only becomes useful when product scope, piece count, currency, delivery basis and included services match. Tooling, packaging setup, samples, testing, freight, duties and destination charges remain separate unless a written offer states otherwise.
