Massage Recliner Source is an independent sourcing coordination service for business buyers. We help convert a purchasing need into questions that factories can answer, then organize replies for comparison. We are not a recliner factory, third-party brand owner, medical provider or testing body, and we do not represent any third-party brand. Supplier documents and statements remain attributable to the exact supplier and model that provided them, and the buyer retains final approval.
Our responsibilities and the buyer’s responsibilities
We provide a structured path for requirement capture, candidate contact, response normalization and open-item tracking. That work reduces ambiguity, but it cannot turn an unanswered field into evidence or make one chair automatically appropriate for a channel, facility or user group.
The buyer determines acceptable specifications, budget, supplier, commercial terms and internal approval process. Where electrical, furniture safety, labeling, import, claims or intended-use questions need qualified expertise, the buyer assigns the appropriate reviewer.
- Product and specification: state the mechanism concept, dimensions, recline and heat request, controller, power, upholstery, accessories and intended setting.
- Quantity and destination: list pieces by configuration, sample quantity, US destination and requested timing.
- Packaging and documents: define carton, assembly, warning, manual, label, sample and exact-model file questions.
- Commercial comparison: align currency, unit basis, delivery term, exclusions and separately quoted costs before selecting an offer.

A buyer brief, revision log and written supplier response can be placed side by side. Public references can show which attributes are often described, but remain references rather than proof of any quoted chair. We label assumptions and preserve blank fields instead of completing them on a supplier’s behalf.

- The manufacturer identity, exact model or configuration, dimensions, mechanism, controller, power version, upholstery and included accessories.
- Packaging, carton measurements, assembly scope, warnings, labels, manual language, sample contents and requested exact-product documents.
- MOQ by variant, production or dispatch assumption, currency, delivery basis, included charges, exclusions and response validity.
- Every alternative and unresolved item that needs buyer or qualified reviewer approval.

A requested document is not assumed to exist, and a supplier file is not described as a credential of Massage Recliner Source.
